Surrender Ritual Guide
(for Release, Healing, and New Beginnings)
Purpose:
To intentionally release old burdens, emotional weight, or anything that no longer serves your highest path. To create space for trust, peace, and new blessings.

You will need:
• Your Surrender essential oil blend
• A quiet space
• A few minutes just for yourself

Ritual Steps:
1.Prepare the Space
Find a quiet place where you can sit or stand comfortably. Optional: light a candle or play soft instrumental music.
2.Apply Surrender
Roll or dab the oil gently onto your pulse points — wrists, heart center, temples, and/or soles of the feet.
3.Breathe Deeply
Close your eyes. Inhale slowly and deeply through the nose.
Exhale slowly through the mouth, imagining tension and heaviness flowing out with your breath.
Repeat 3-5 times.
4.Speak Your Affirmation
Softly say one (or more) of the following affirmations:
➤ “I trust the unfolding of my life. I release all that weighs me down.”
➤ “I surrender what I cannot control. I choose peace and flow.”
➤ “I am safe to surrender. I am safe to rise.”
Feel the words as you say them. Let them anchor into your heart.
5.Visualize Release
As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself setting down heavy bags you’ve been carrying.
Feel yourself growing lighter, freer, and more open with each exhale.
6.Close with Gratitude
When you feel ready, place your hands over your heart and thank yourself for showing up.

👉🏻Essential oils have the potential to leak during shipping due to heavy jostling and drastic temperature changes.  I only buy high quality glassware but they can still leak.  I will package your bottle in a baggie to prevent any possible leakage from damaging your order. In the rare event that you do get a little leakage, just remove your bottle from the plastic baggie and wash it in warm soap and water and allow to dry.
