Directions for Use:
- Add 5-7 drops of the Lymphatic Essential Oil Blend to a diffuser or a bowl of steaming water for inhalation. Diffusing helps with stuck emotions and hanging on to the past. 
- Dilute 3-6 drops of the blend with a carrier oil (such as coconut or jojoba oil) and apply to the skin, focusing on lymph node areas like the neck, armpits, and groin for a lymphatic massage.
- Incorporate the blend into your daily self-care routine by diffusing it in your living or work space to promote emotional detoxification.
- Use the blend during lymphatic drainage massage techniques to enhance the removal of toxins and waste from the body.

The roller bottle is 1:3 dilution, with refined sesame oil as its base.  Roller also includes clear quartz chips to amp up the detoxification energies of the oils.  
This blend can also be added to castor oil packs for swollen lymph nodes, tender breasts, swollen feet and armpits.  
This blend is very grounding and calming, with a soft, earthy overall scent and slightly floral notes. 
Apply one drop or roll on behind the ears, armpits, under clavicle, over thymus, behind knees, ankles, groin. Cup the remaining oil over your nose and inhale slowly for three breaths. Use this blend when emotions are stuck and clinging.  Diffusing is another alternative.  
👉🏻Essential oils have the potential to leak during shipping due to heavy jostling and drastic temperature changes.  I only buy high quality glassware but they can still leak.  I will package your bottle in a baggie to prevent any possible leakage from damaging your order. In the rare event that you do get a little leakage, just remove your bottle from the plastic baggie and wash it in warm soap and water and allow to dry.   I am happy to replace damaged labels on request. 👈🏻
