Lavender Tincture 1 oz bottle.

Nervous system support • Digestive calm • Yin restoration

Historically, Lavender has been used to improve sleep, for acne, eczema, skin inflammation, wound healing, pain relief, reduce blood pressure and heart rate, asthma, hot flashes, combat fungus growth, positive effects on mood and anxiety, and promote hair growth. In TCM it is known as Xun Yi Cao, and has historically been used for palpitations, acne, wounds, lice, scabies, intestinal worms, scalds, sore throat, cough, cold and flu, fever, eczema, rashes (including nettle rash), bites, headaches, eye infections, ulcers, gangrene, bronchitis, depression, flatulence, low back pain, infertility, expels after birth, and to soothe child birthing.

Lavender is one of the most reliable herbs for bringing the nervous system back into balance when the body has been living in a constant state of tension. This tincture supports parasympathetic tone, helps unwind physical and mental tightness, and gently restores yin without dulling the senses.

Unlike stronger sedatives, lavender works by calming overactive signaling rather than shutting the system down. It is especially helpful when stress shows up as shallow breathing, digestive tension, headaches, muscle tightness, sleep disruption, or persistent overthinking.

Lavender also has antispasmodic and carminative properties, making it useful when anxiety is felt in the gut as bloating, cramping, or loss of appetite. It helps the body feel safe enough to digest, rest, and repair.
